A fun single from Android Automatic. "City Heat" is explosive disco with an outrun pace, an anthemic action tone, and guitar synth accents, including a rapid-fire solo near the middle of the track. It's dangerous while driving. "Last Kiss" is a gentler, slower track whose percussive claps feel so distant that they sound like snapping fingers. The thing that really grabs me about "Last Kiss" is the higher-pitched synth line, which along with the astral chords gives the track a very dreamy feel. kmxexii
Mac Quayle’s soundtrack for “Mr. Robot” provides the show a score that's as ominous and paranoid as its subject matter. Bandcamp Album of the Day Oct 6, 2016
The second LP from Kuedo feels like the soundtrack for future-noir, with rippling, uneasy synths and steadily-increasing tension. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 1, 2016

An EP themed around a summer vacation at the beaches of Miami. AA's still banging the disco drum, shown in "Tropics" and "Beneath", but this "Escape" is about ease over excitement, with a wonder that reflects an enthusiasm for life (I dig that drum beat!). The title track is a great sunset piece, that last night before you get on the plane, recalling your new memories as you're "Leaving Miami". I really like the subtle guitar work; it adds some nice textures, particularly the haze on "Summer". kmxexii
